• Handle and control employee’s welfare administration such as medical expense claim and reimbursement, employee’s life insurance, annual physical check-up arrangement
• Provide professional consultation to employees on company’s welfare & benefits as well as company’s rules & regulations
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, including salary details, work history, and employment status.
• Verify employee time records, attendance, employee leave requests SSO (Social Security Office) data and related data for payroll processing.
• Update company rules and regulation and communicate any amendments to all employees
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration.
• Play a key role in HR project/ initiative and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- At least bachelor’s degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of experience as HR professional in Compensation & Benefits or related area
- Excellent in English, both of writing and verbal
- Advance in Excel including Pivot table and VLOOKUP
- Good interpersonal skills and time management
