Logistics Manager
ChaiXi Corporation Co.,Ltd- Manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and warehouse management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Develop and implement sustainable logistics strategies to reduce the environmental footprint, such as optimizing routes, reducing waste, and using eco-friendly materials.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements while maintaining service quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee inventory control and warehouse management to ensure optimal storage conditions and minimize spoilage, particularly for perishable food items.
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, implementing automation and technology solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Develop and manage logistics budgets, track expenses, and make data-driven decisions to control costs and increase efficiency.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall supply chain and business goals, supporting sustainable growth and development.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of sustainable logistics practices and experience in implementing eco-friendly initiatives.
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
