Marketing Administrator
ChaiXi Corporation Co.,Ltd- Provide administrative support to the marketing team in daily operations.
- Organize meetings, coordinate calendars, and schedule appointments for the marketing department.
- Prepare and manage internal and external communications (emails, phone calls, etc.).
- Maintain marketing documentation, records, and files in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Help with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other marketing-related documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
