- Innovate and introduce new products/technologies into the production process and market, contributing to the long-term growth of the food and beverage business, or improve existing products to align with organizational needs, customer demands, market trends, and relevant regulations.
- Establish product standards, production processes, calculate standard costs, find ways to control production costs, and set standards for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.
- Monitor emerging market trends and technological advancements to guide the selection of new ingredients and product designs that meet market demands.
- Manage and develop personnel in the department to improve efficiency and work skills. Ensure responsible parties adhere to operational manuals correctly, following GMP, HACCP, Halal, BRC, and other relevant standards to build confidence among customers and the company.Regularly update information on trade partner countries' laws and re
- gulations to stay current.
- Perform other duties related to product development.
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree. Food science, general science, food engineering or other related fields.
- 3 years or more direct experience
- Able to analyze qualitative statistical data.
- Able to calculate production costs.
- Have knowledge about food laws.
- Have an understanding of quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, Halal, BRC.
- Experience working in a food processing factory.
