Responsibilities

Job Description

Sales Engineer for composite which responsible for promoting and selling Nylon and Composite products to new and existing customers. Require a strong technical understanding of plastic manufacturing processes, materials, and product applications, combined with effective sales and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new business opportunities in Nylon and Composite

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customer.

Understand customer needs and identify new opportunities and challenge for new market or product expansion.

Build strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.

Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Polymer, Chemical, Materials Science) or equivalent.

Experience with automotive industrial or commercial applications related plastic products.

Deep understanding of polymer materials, processing techniques, and automotive applications.

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English. Chinese or Japanese are advantage

Ability to travel frequently

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.
