Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain software applications to address the specific needs of various departments across the organization.

● Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to translate business requirements into effective and efficient technical solutions.

● Leverage your expertise in data integration to design and implement data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools and techniques, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

● Integrate new software applications with existing systems and third-party solutions to foster a cohesive technological ecosystem.

● Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working collaboratively with relevant teams and vendors to ensure optimal system performance.

● Provide technical support to end-users, addressing software-related issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

● Participate in cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of business processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.

● Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Proficiency in programming languages e.g. C++, C#, Python.

● Strong working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.

● Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS) is a plus.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

● Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

● Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

● Familiarity with database design and management principles is a plus.
