- Responsible for the execution and coordination of all import documentation shipment.
- Coordinated freight movement activities with oversea agents, local carriers and other vendors; comparison freight price, confirm and create import bookings with carriers.
- Responsible for verifying and collecting customs import clearance documentation; examine documents including invoice, bills of lading and other documents to ensure compliance.
- Track shipment and keeping the user inform of shipment progress; oversee pre-alerts to determine whether freight is arriving as expect and documents are received within the time specify. Confirm arrival time with carrier and the arrival of documents.
- Prepare the documents to making the payment for clearing charge and follow up with Finance Dept.
- Coordinate timely clearance and delivery of imported cargo; communicate with Customs Dept., user to ensure proper handling of goods and send the import documents to who is concern by email.
- Issue PR/PO.
- Coordinate and follow up new assignment.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing role.
- Knowledge of the chemical or technical
- Ability to do multi-task, work under pleassure and meet deadline require
