Responsibilities
Supporting/Leading Process Hazards Identification (PHA, HAZOP, HAZID, etc.)
Identifying and screening hazardous scenarios
Supporting/Leading SIL Determination/LOPA
Performing and documenting SIL verification studies
Performing and documenting reliability calculations using techniques such as Reliability Block Diagram or Fault Tree Analysis
Estimating frequency of loss of containment of hazardous materials
Conducting consequence analysis and modeling for process hazards
Assessing safety risks for onsite personnel and third parties
Conducting risk mitigation and cost-benefit analysis
Building risk assessments
Classifying hazardous areas
Analyzing non-process related hazards (including dropped objects, ship collisions, etc.)
Providing quotations for consultancy services and engaging in business development activities
Coordinating and delivering training courses.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HAZOP facilitation, process safety, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of HAZOP methodology, risk assessment techniques, and process safety management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional certifications such as PHA Leader, CSP, or equivalent are a plus.
Proficiency in using HAZOP software and tools.
