Responsibilities
1. Certification Process Management:
• Identify the applicable industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements for the industrial mechatronic product or system based on the target markets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external certification bodies to manage the certification process, including document submission, testing, and audits.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation, test reports, and other supporting evidence are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
• Monitor the progress of the certification process and proactively address any issues or delays.
2. Compliance Verification:
• Review industrial mechatronic product designs, technical specifications, and manufacturing processes to assess compliance with the identified industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct on-site inspections and audits to verify the conformity of industrial mechatronic products, components, and production facilities.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address any non-conformities or deviations from the certification requirements.
• Recommend and oversee the implementation of corrective actions to ensure the industrial mechatronic product or system meets the necessary compliance standards.
3. Testing and Evaluation:
• Coordinate with accredited testing laboratories and certification bodies to facilitate the required testing and evaluation activities for industrial mechatronic products.
• Review and analyze test reports and other technical data to verify the industrial mechatronic product's performance, safety, and compliance with the applicable standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the product development team to address any issues or concerns raised during the testing and evaluation process.
4. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
• Stay informed of the latest changes and updates to industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements relevant to the company's industrial mechatronic products and target markets.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the certification process, including test reports, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate the certification status, compliance issues, and recommendations to the management team.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
• Liaise with external certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry organizations to stay abreast of the latest developments and requirements specific to the mechatronic industry.
• Coordinate with the product development, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure the seamless integration of certification requirements into the industrial mechatronic product lifecycle.
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and support to address certification-related challenges.
• Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product certification, compliance, or quality assurance in the industrial or mechatronic industry
• Thorough knowledge of industry safety standards, regulations, and certification schemes relevant to industrial mechatronic products (e.g., CCE Mark)
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, laboratory procedures, and certification processes specific to industrial mechatronic systems
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to travel for on-site inspections and audits as required.
