-Control and monitor the production process to ensure it follows the plan set by the production planning department.
-Develop production procedures and related documents to continuously improve the production process.
-Develop maintenance procedures to ensure that machines are always in a ready state.
-Develop maintenance procedures and related documents to ensure effective machine maintenance.
-Ensure inspections of workpieces during production and finished products to prevent errors in production, and take immediate corrective action if any arise.
-Analyze and improve the production process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
-Control the use of consumables to stay within the set targets.
-Establish the use of necessary tools related to production to facilitate preliminary quality inspections during the production process.
-Provide guidance and develop activities in line with company policies for employees.
-Ensure employee safety during the production process.
-Act as an advisor and provide morale support to employees.
-Attend weekly management meetings to understand policies and issues and implement necessary actions.
-Supervise and be aware of customer coordination, communication, and support to resolve issues for customers in accordance with established procedures.
-Bachelor's degree in Mold Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
-At least 5 years of experience in production management in a factory.
-Experience in the automotive, parts, metal, or food industries.
-Ability to communicate in English.
