Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant – Employee Welfare to support executive management and handle employee welfare initiatives. This role combines administrative tasks with HR support to ensure a productive and positive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and goals.

Create user personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to guide the design process.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analyst and developers, to define project requirements and goals.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.

- Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with branding guidelines and best practices.

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.

- Ensure consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints within the product.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the UX/UI field.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

- Advocate for the user's perspective and provide design recommendations based on user research and data.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant projects.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Knowledge of user research techniques, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs into intuitive design solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.

- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study
