- Develop project plans from initiation to completion in alignment with the business strategy and company guidelines.
- Study and explore business opportunities with strategic partner (either governmentalrelated sectors or private business sectors).
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze possibilities to select matching projects.
- Defining and implementing the strategy by developing collaboration with strategic partners.
- Primarily a contributor role working across industries for origination, structuring and execution of corporate investments.
- Negotiate with partners, from various parties.
- Coordinate with power authorities and other relevant government agencies to execute projects.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key strategic partner.
- Control and monitor activities to ensure compliance with established plans and contracts.
- Prepare reports / presentations to present to management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years in investment and business development experiences in the sector of renewables or power project development or related fields.
- Have working experience in corporate strategy with strong know-how and understanding in market, customer strategic planning areas.
- Capable of applying previous knowledge and experience to negotiation skills or problem solving effectively.
- Possesses a positive attitude, determination, diligence, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong track record in deal originality, investment, execution with a focus on deals.
- Hands on experience and high proficiency with equity and project financial modelling.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- High achievement drive.
- Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), Investment Banking (IB), equity research, project finance or consulting
- CFA or CISA is a plus.
