Responsibilities

1. รับผิดชอบในการรวบรวมและจัดเก็บเอกสารทางธุรการ เอกสารระบบ ISO13485 เอกสารทางเทคนิค แบบแปลนวิศวกรรม

และข้อมูลการผลิตของบริษัทฯ

2. วางแผนและประสานงานเกี่ยวกับเอกสารของทั้งบริษัท ควบคุมและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเอกสารของแต่ละแผนก

3. ร่างแม่แบบมาตรฐานของเอกสารทางเทคนิคและเอกสารไฟล์ต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ จัดทำและดำเนินการตามเอกสารของบริษัทฯ

4. ควบคุมการเซ็นอนุมัติ ทบทวน กำหนดเลขที่ และแจกจ่ายเอกสารที่อยู่ภายใต้การควบคุม รวมถึงการตรวจสอบและจัดการเอกสารจากภายนอก

5. รับผิดชอบการบริหารจัดการเอกสารของบริษัทฯ ให้เป็นระบบ รวมถึงการเก็บรวบรวม จัดเก็บ ยืม ศึกษาวิจัย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

6. รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอก รวมถึงการตรวจสอบโรงงานของลูกค้า

7. ฝึกอบรมและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการจัดเก็บเอกสารของบริษัท ตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์และความทันเวลาของข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บ

Requirements

1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารจัดการ ISO9001หรือ 13485 และกระบวนการควบคุมเอกสาร ที่เกี่ยวข้องมากกว่า 2 ปีขึ้นไป

3. มีประสบการณ์ในการนำระบบ ISO เข้ามาใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต

4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ อดทน ขยัน และสามารถทำงานตามคำสั่งของผู้บังคับบัญชาได้

5. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการวิเคราะห์เชิงตรรกะที่ดี

About Company

HONEST MEDICAL ASIA CO., LTD., registered in Pathumthani in 2015, with BHT 258.8 million of registered capital, is a wholly foreign founded subsidiary that based in Zhuhai China, owned 100% by its parent company Honest Sciences Co., Ltd.

The company’s business covers the R&D, production and marketing of biotech medicines and the innovative medical device which has been approved by BOI for related preferential policies.

Honest Medical owns a factory of 4,400SQM area in NAVANAKORN Industry Park, Thailand. Now, factory is under to renovate cleanrooms that meet class 10,000 and 100,000 standards.

In 2017, the company set up a subsidiary in SILOM, Bangkok, for the marketing of the endoscopy product line of Cook Medical (US), after 2 years of development, a team of 30 staffs has sold the products to all the hospitals in Thailand.
