1. การสรรหาและคัดเลือก
- ดำเนินการสรรหาพนักงาน ตามตำแหน่งงานที่ว่าง
- ประสานงานนัดสัมภาษณ์งาน และดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์งาน
- จัดทำสัญญาจ้าง และเตรียมเอกสารว่าจ้างสำหรับพนักงานใหม่
- จัดเก็บเอกสารประวัติพนักงาน
- เพิ่มพนักงานเข้าระบบของบริษัท
2. จัดทำประเมินทดลองงาน ประเมินการทำงานประจำเดือน ประจำปี และรวบรวมผลการประเมิน (KPI)
3. จัดทำสรุปการขาด ลา มาสาย ประจำเดือน และจ่ายเงินเดือนให้กับพนักงาน
4. จัดทำประกาศ รวมถึงข้อบังคับการทำงานและกฎระเบียบต่างๆ ของบริษัท
5. จัดทำรีพอทเรื่องการสั่งของใช้ และ maintain อุปกรณ์สิ้นเปลืองต่างๆ ของบริษัท
6. ดูแลเตรียมเอกสารยื่นขอวีซ่า, ใบอนุญาตทำงาน, รีพอท 90 วัน, ขอถิ่นที่อยู่ ให้กับต่างชาติ
7. จัดทำ และนำส่งภาษีเงินได้ ประกันสังคม ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8. จัดเตรียมเอกสารและยื่นเข้า-ออก ประกันสุขภาพประจำปีของพนักงานต่างชาติ
9. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
1. Female only
2. Age not less than 38 years old
3. Have experience in HR function both payroll and recruitment atleast 3 years
4. English skill is required
5. Graduated in Bachelor Degree in HR or Admin
6. Can work under pressure
7. Have knowledge in Labour Law
8. Can work every other Sat (in 1 month work 2 Saturday 09:00-16:00)
