Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

• Prepare and manage annual Budget, Quarterly and Monthly forecast reports

• Consolidation of financial statements/ budget/ forecast for the company’s business units according to International Accounting Standards, relevant law/ regulation and the Group’s accounting policy.

• Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts

• Prepare regular financial analysis reports for management review

• Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure that company’s financial targets are met

• Liaison with external auditor

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 35 years of experience in financial planning / reporting or related field of financial reporting related experience.

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in developing a financial reporting model, including multiple P&L and consolidation

• Strong MS Excel skills and proficient in MS Word and MS PowerPoint

• Familiar with Oracle system is preferred

• Having audit background or professional license (CPA/CPD etc) is a strong plus

• Able to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced, results oriented environment

• Able to handle ad-hoc requests and manage multi-tasks to meet tight deadline

HPT has been the concessionaire for the operation of ports in Laem Chabang Port, Port Authority of Thailand, since 2002, starting with piers A2, A3, C1C2 and D1, D2, D3, with a capacity to handle no less than 6 million containers per year.
