We are seeking a skilled ERP Developer with expertise in Odoo to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules to meet the specific needs of our organization. The role requires a deep understanding of the Odoo framework, strong coding skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Create new features and applications using Python and Odoo’s framework.
- Customize existing Odoo modules to fit the specific needs of the organization.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Provide technical support for Odoo-related issues, resolving bugs and performance problems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to ensure system stability.
- Perform database migration, conversion, and upgrade tasks as needed.
- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Odoo solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management and Linux/Unix systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of English, and Thai language skills are a plus.
