Human Resources Management Specialist / Assistant Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, Proven experience in HR generalist functions, with a focus on payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with visa and work permit processing is highly desirable.
• Communicate in English
• For Assistant Manager level: Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within HR.
Skills:
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (specify any systems used if applicable), payroll software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, problem-solving, analytical thinking, time management, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, adaptability.
• Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
