Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey, from onboarding new hires to managing offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience at every stage.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Payroll Processing: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, tax withholding, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Employee Benefits & Welfare: Manage employee benefits and welfare programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other allowances, ensuring effective communication and administration.
• HRIS Management: Utilize and maintain our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and optimizing system functionality.
• Employee & Organization Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and organizational data within the HRIS and other relevant systems.
• Visa & Work Permit Processing: Manage visa and work permit applications and renewals for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
• Policy & Procedure Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, Proven experience in HR generalist functions, with a focus on payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with visa and work permit processing is highly desirable.

• Communicate in English

• For Assistant Manager level: Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within HR.


Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (specify any systems used if applicable), payroll software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, problem-solving, analytical thinking, time management, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, adaptability.

• Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
