Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to students and staff, focusing on mental health and overall well-being.
- Supervise the DTC Fitness Center and First Aid Room operations.
- Organize health-related programs and workshops to promote wellness and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external health agencies to enhance student health services.
- Manage health records, prepare reports, and oversee the Student Health Center's budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field (counseling certification is an advantage).
- 3-5 years of work experience, with 1-2 years in counseling or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of mental health processes, first aid, and health promotion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with various teams.
