Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and support to students applying for the Student Loan Fund (กยศ.) and college scholarships.
- Assist in document preparation, verification, and submission for student loan applications.
- Organize meetings and orientation sessions for student loan recipients and their guardians.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Admissions, Finance) and external organizations (e.g., Krung Thai Bank, Student Loan Fund Office).
- Supervise and guide scholarship club students, ensuring compliance with scholarship criteria.
- Publicize scholarship information through various communication channels and manage related reports.
- Support and monitor students participating in community service or other activities related to scholarships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in student affairs, financial services, or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in Thai (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to work overtime, on weekends, and travel if required.
