1. Arrange the transfer documents from Bonded warehouse to
General Warehouse (CTI).
2. Record the Account concerning the import material, sub component
and the finish goods (Bearings).
3. Receive the materials and sub components of PELMEC Bearing &
NMB HI-TECH Bearing Div. Divided into 3 types :
3.1 Receive from the Alliance companies in Minebea group.
3.2 Receive from the others Bonded werehouse companies.
3.3 Receive from Storage wearhouse. (BISCO).
4. Receive data export and re-export from Logistics urgent to
do checklist.
5. Control export account of rework Bearings and send the report of
rework Bearings to the customs officer and production officer in every
the end of month and send them to the Customers department in
every six months.
6. Do the production formula of Outer ring, Inner ring and Bearings in
case of production line and QC request for the Customers department
approval.
7. Receive forecase Bearing advance six months from Sales BKK. office
in order to calculate materials in formula to pay tax duty for sale to
domestics.
8. Collect and check inventory for doing the monthly account.
9. Assist customs officer some general activities.
10. Send the monthly report of scrap to the customs officer.
11. Collect the customs report account send to the customs auditor
department in every six month.
12. Receive the Shipping instruction from PC section in order to do
sent to Logistics entry section.
1.1 Invoice/ Tax invoice & Packing List
1.2 Co-Operate with the Sales bangkok office.
13. Manage all documents before bring out the materials or
sub-component to temporary outside process, and summary to the
customs officer every month.
14. Arrange the documents in order to the Logistics agent to pay tax
duty. Then, input it into computer for cutting off stock of material.
15. Compare all inventory and record Account balance for trend to solve
the problems in every the end of month.
16. Made a document and sent to the customs for paying tax for scrap
in lower the rate of duty to meet the time limit.
17. Incase of the problems had occurred, we contact the customs
auditor account or concerning persons to solve.
18. Co-operate with the customs officer for the special requestion.
