- Strong English skills for both speaking and writing.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to direct and control technical

- Ability to convey complex technical issues to others.
- Competence in reviewing and verifying comprehensive documentation for
the design and testing of hardware and software.
- Able to take concise meeting minutes and produce reports
