- Check the daily food sales list for the dormitory (breakfast and dinner) for each employee in the restaurant.
- Check the restaurant reservation list for company club members on a daily basis.
- Provide service and build good relationships with customers, including welcoming them warmly and ensuring everything meets the customers' needs.
- Responsible for the keys to all Japanese guest rooms and create a list of Japanese guests or employees who will be staying.
- Collect, organize, or manage the record-keeping and financial accounts of income and expenses, and send them to the accounting department.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to arrange repairs for any damaged or broken parts.
- Organize the work schedule of employees to comply with the company’s requirements.
- Supervise and oversee the housekeeping staff under direct command.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Enthusiasm and a strong effort to learn the tasks being performed.
- Has a passion for service/Service Mind.
- Good interpersonal skills and both physical and mental strength for excellent work performance.
- Experience in the restaurant industry or previous experience as a dormitory supervisor will be considered a plus.
- Able to communicate in English or Japanese
