ㆍResponsible for developing corporate policies such as rules, policies, handbooks, pay scales, annual performance appraisal schemes, corporate welfare, etc.

ㆍAct as a counterpart to the JV company, prepare corporate documents, and make necessary arrangements according to the schedule.
ㆍPlan and execute recruitment budgets and take necessary actions to fulfill vacancies or replacements in coordination with the JV company.
ㆍArrange and manage payroll-related work in a timely manner.
ㆍPlan the annual performance appraisal scheme and budget in alignment with corporate direction.
ㆍMonitor and manage general affairs.
ㆍProvide Thai–Japanese/English translation services as requested.
ㆍArrange Board of Directors' and Shareholders' meetings according to the schedule.
ㆍCoordinate flight and hotel bookings for business trips as requested.
ㆍPerform any other ad hoc duties.

ㆍMore than 3 years of working experience as an HR manager.
ㆍAbility to communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively with employees at all levels.
ㆍPossess extensive knowledge of human resources and broad experience related to the retail industry.
ㆍFluent in English and/or Japanese, both spoken and written.
ㆍProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
