Responsibilities

Logistics/System/Accounting & Finance

ㆍPlan and oversee the overall flow of logistics and warehouse operations, including import process support.

ㆍPossess strong processing skills and experience to handle large amounts of data in a fast-paced environment, extract business data, and report in a timely manner.

ㆍHandle accounting-related tasks in coordination with the group company, including product transfers, replenishments, and pricing.

ㆍDevelop and implement SOPs to optimize logistic processes, including warehouse operations and transportation, discounts, and promotions.

ㆍPlan and manage processes, including product tag printing, attachment, picking, packing, and delivery.

ㆍOversee warehouse operations and inventory management across both warehouses and stores, including packing and delivery arrangements.

ㆍProvide necessary support for product imports, including finance and accounting communication.

ㆍCommunicate closely with the partnered accounting team to gather required materials for reporting.

ㆍArrange payments (both internal and external) in a timely manner.

ㆍManage product master data (registration and amendments) and inventory data input.

ㆍMonitor sales, gross profit (GP), and inventory data and provide regular reports in a timely manner.

ㆍPerform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by managers.

Requirements

ㆍMore than 3 years of working experience in logistics/logistics management and accounting fields.

ㆍMore than 3 years of working experience in system planning and management.

ㆍFluent in English and/or Japanese, both spoken and written.

ㆍProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
