1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned to strengthen market position and drive sustainable growth
2. Translate brand elements into go-to-market and channel-development strategies with execution plan and timeline
3. Lead the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising to motivate the target audience to “take action”
4. Manage the product portfolio under brand umbrella to ensure an alignment with consumer needs and market trends
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, merchandiser, front-line staff, digital marketing, and creative partners) to deliver integrated brand experiences
6. Monitor and analyze market movement, consumer insight, brand performance, competitors' activities for decision-making and optimize marketing plan
7. Manage financial P&L and control A,P,SE under the budget
8. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns with ROI and KPIs
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the brand and marketing strategies
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG or Fashion & Apparel industry
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that drive market growth
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
6. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, content creation, and analytics
7. Creative mindset and passion for developing innovative, customer-centric marketing campaigns
8. Good with numbers (sales analysis, knowledge of P&L, budgeting)

Then it was renamed to International Cosmetics (PIAS) Co., Ltd., in the following year. Since 1970, the Company has expanded its product lines to serve as the legitimate distributor of women’s lingerie brand “WACOAL”, “ARROW” Men’s apparel, and many more. In 2005, the company launched a cosmetic product named “ BSC COSMETOLOGY” under Saha Group brand for international marketing. The company has continued producing innovative products at all times. Presently the company is the legitimate distributor of over 100 branded name products, covering cosmetics, fragrance, lingerie, women’s wear, men’s wear and innerwear, sport wear and equipment, children’s wear, leather products, watches, home appliances, foods, soy milk mixed with corn, drinking and spring water, etc.
