• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade assigned machines and tools as required.
• Design and implement enhancements for machining processes, tooling efficiency, cycle time, and other production needs.
• Share knowledge on machine operation, handling, and upkeep while training new team members.
• Lead and support technicians and operators in resolving technical challenges.
• Work closely with management and department heads to strategize output, minimize defects, and optimize processes.
• Manage maintenance activities and ensure the availability of spare parts and raw materials for assigned equipment.
• Guarantee tasks are completed within deadlines, budgets, and meet quality specifications.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Initiatives (AIC & COPAC) to foster ongoing advancements.
• Ensure production timelines align with planning schedules, preventing delays or backlogs.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with CNC auto late machine, Program Tsugami, Star series, Fanuc.
• Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, presenting) both in Thai and English.
