Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment and Visa/Work Permit Specialist to join our team in Chonburi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interviewing candidates for successful placements and managing the visa and work permit application processes for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of HR regulations, and the ability to liaise effectively with government departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure successful placements that align with client needs.
• Manage the full visa and work permit application process.
• Liaise with government departments and agencies regarding HR regulations, visa, and work permit requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to clients regarding visa and work permit processes.
• Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of visa and work permit regulations in Thailand.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
