- Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities, specifically in the Chinese-speaking market.
- Present and promote company products and services to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluent in Chinese(spoken and written).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
- Good understanding of the sales process and techniques.
