Job Description:
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, managing logistics, and coordinating import-export activities. You will play a key role in warehouse management and planning for the flow of raw materials to finished goods. Your experience with SAP and proven leadership capabilities will be instrumental in managing a team of over 20 professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize operations.
• Manage and coordinate logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Oversee import-export processes, including compliance with BOI regulations in Thailand.
• Plan and manage warehouse operations, including inventory control and material handling.
• Facilitate the seamless transition from raw materials to finished products.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multinational teams and stakeholders to align supply chain objectives.
• Set up new plants or logistics systems as required.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel abroad as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of logistics management, warehouse operations, and import-export processes.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Experienced in managing projects worth over 1 billion THB.
