Sales Executive (IT Solution)
Universal Communication Systems Co., Ltd.- Contact customers to introduce the company’s products and solutions.
- Build trust and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
- Work closely with a pre-sales team as well as collaborating with vendors and business partners to find a proper solution for customers.
- Present products and solutions to customers.
- Provide proposal quotation for customers.
- Work with the service delivery team to provide after-sales services and deliver projects for customers.
- Consistently follow up the project implementation progress and update sales pipeline to Sales Director and team.
- Coordinate with administration team to complete documents and contracts related to the project.
- Coordinate between team members, customers, related people and maintain a good relationship.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience
- Experienced in IT solutions sales or System Integration business (SI) is a plus.
- Good communication in both written and spoken in English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Service oriented with pleasant personality.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and diligent
