- Lead Sustainability Implementation: Collaborate with management to deploy sustainability policies and guidelines across the organization.
- Manage Compliance & Certifications: Develop annual plans, maintain ISO and GRI certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.), and oversee audits.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor progress, track improvements, conduct inspections, and recommend enhancements to sustainability management systems.
- Develop Training & Expertise: Prepare training plans, provide guidance to internal auditors, and serve as a sustainability system expert.
- Report & Adapt: Create sustainability reports (GRI, ISO 26000), conduct environmental scans, and implement necessary changes.
- Supervise & Evaluate: Oversee subordinates, ensure system alignment, and drive continuous improvement toward sustainable development.
1. Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field, with additional professional qualifications in an
engineering environment, SSHE, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Sustainability Management System on manufacturing operations.
3. Strong working knowledge of Sustainability Management System, Safety, Security, Health, and Environment Management, as well as Sustainable Systems, including Environmental Discharge.
4. Proficiency in English will be advantage.

ปัจจุบัน บริษัทเสริมสร้างพลังงาน มีการลงทุนในบริษัทเสริมสร้างพลังงาน จำกัด (SPN) ซึ่งเป็นผู้ดำเนินกิจการโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ขนาด 52 MWp ที่ตั้งอยู่ในจังหวัดลพบุรี โครงการนี้มุ่งผลิตและจำหน่ายพลังงานไฟฟ้าให้กับการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) ภายใต้โครงการผู้ผลิตไฟฟ้ารายเล็ก (SPP) เพื่อสร้างแหล่งพลังงานที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและเพิ่มความมั่งคั่งให้กับประเทศ นอกจากนี้ SSP ยังขยายกิจการโดยการเพิ่มการผลิตพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยกำลังมองหาผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความแรงบันดาลใจเพื่อร่วมงานกับบริษัทในตำแหน่งต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญ นำมาประสานกับวิสัยทัศน์และพลังขับเคลื่อนของ SSP ในการสร้างพลังงานที่ยั่งยืนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
