Duties and Responsibilities Are (but Not Limited To)
- Manage and hit sales targets.
- Develop and work strategically to build and strengthen the client's connection to our brand and help us reach out to the local design community.
- Learn and keep up-to-date product and design knowledge and expertise.
- Travel to meet with clients at their homes and visit local interior design professionals.
- Go to studio meetings, take part in product trainings, share information with coworkers, and use the web and catalog to keep your knowledge of products growing.
- Fulfill client needs and resolve issues in a manner consistent with the company client experience policy.
- Work with your coworkers and encourage a good team spirit.
Qualifications / Education/Experience / skills and abilities
- Background in retail sales, customer - service or interior design or architecture.
- Results-oriented and highly organized.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Ability to communicate very well verbally and in writing.
- Ability to identify client needs, solve problems and comprehend and explain product features and benefits.
- English proficiency (TOEIC 785+)
