Basic Requirements

Full Time

Bachelor's Degree

20,000 - 30,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete order management process, from order placement to delivery to clients.

• Have full knowledge of products and technical details.

• Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and technical specifications.

• Resolve pre to post order issues such as specs, returns, replacements, delivery status and backorders.

• Coordinate effectively with overseas suppliers and manufacturers; initiate inquiries and follow up on order statuses.

• Monitor production timelines and ensure timely readiness for collection of goods.

• Plan and arrange sea and air freight shipments, coordinating with local freight and shipping companies to ensure efficient delivery.

• Support daily operational tasks and collaborate with internal teams to achieve overall sales and service goals.

• Prepare and provide weekly progress reports to management.

• Prioritize inquiries based on urgency and ensure prompt responses to critical issues.

• Enhance the efficiency of operational processes across various functions, including order management, inventory control, supply chain logistics, warehousing, sales, and customer service.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

มีประสบการณ์ตั้งแต่ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
สามารถอ่าน เขียน และพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมาก
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียด ชอบงานเอกสาร ชอบงานประสานงาน
มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี และชอบทำงานเป็นทีม มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
สามารถทำงานตามกำหนดเวลาได้อย่างเป็นระบบ (Time management)
มีใจรักบริการและมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
ชอบและมีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานได้ มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา (Problem-solving skill)
