Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Design and manage the survey data structure, organize and validate data to present analysis results that align with the objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and conduct market research

- Design survey data structures, including crafting survey questions/questionnaires and focus group interviews., to collect data aligned with the activity's objectives.

- Define selection criteria for respondents to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Determine an appropriate sample group.

- Conduct data collection through various channels, including online, offline, and telephone.

Data Visualization and Reporting

- Analyze and summarize data reports in alignment with activity objectives and goals by creating dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Data Locker.

- Visualize data to present analysis results effectively, highlighting actionable insights that are accurate, engaging, and easy to understand.

Business Acumen and Industry Knowledge

- Continuously learn and stay updated on topics related to assigned surveys, particularly consumer behavior in the skincare and health industries.

- Develop a deeper understanding of relevant contexts to enhance data interpretation and provide accurate, meaningful analyses.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, survey design, or business intelligence.

- Proficient in data analytics tools such as Python, R, or Excel for data wrangling and analysis.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of survey tools and methodologies, including question design and data structuring.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

- Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights that align with business goals.

- Attention to detail in data validation, organization, and reporting.

- Familiarity with consumer behavior trends, particularly in the skincare and health industries, is a plus.

- A proactive mindset for learning new industry knowledge and applying it to data analysis.

- Excellent ability to present findings through clear and impact visualizations and reports.

- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Adaptability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

- Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
