Basic Requirements

Full Time

5 - 10 Year

Bangkok (Kannayao, Saimai, Khlongsamwa, Bangkapi, Beungkum, Laksi, Minburi, Bangkhen, Lardkrabang, Sapansung)

Bachelor's Degree

50,000 - 80,000 baht/month + Commission

Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve sales targets for lifestyle products

- Develop and implement telesales strategies to maximize sales performance

- Train and coach the telesales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge

- Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure quality and effectiveness in closing deals

- Analyze sales data, track performance, and adjust strategies to improve results

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales campaigns with company goals

- Motivate and encourage the team to maintain high energy and sales-driven performance

- Prepare reports and provide insights for continuous sales improvement to management

Requirements

- Female Not over 45 years old

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

- At least 3-5 years of experience in managing and leading a telesales team

- Candidates with experience in industries that rely on telesales will be given special consideration

- Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive team performance

- High-energy, positive attitude, and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize sales processes

- Ability to multitask and handle challenges efficiently

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related software
