Role: Sales Administrator / Senior

Level: Senior / Supervisor

Company: CHÔL & Associates Co., Ltd.(A subsidiary of 1577 Infinite)

Business: Aromatherapeutic Formula with 100% PURE & NATURAL Essential Oils

Store Locations: ICONSIAM, Siam Paragon, EmQuartier, CentralWorld, King Power Suvarnabhumi, Phuket Airport, and King Power Mahanakhon

This position is responsible for sales support across multiple channels, including high-end retail stores and online platforms. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating sales activities, tracking performance, and supporting both in-store and online sales teams. The position reports directly to the Marketing & Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

Sales Documentation – 50%

- Manage and organize all sales and marketing documents related to both internal and external parties.

- Ensure accuracy and systematic filing of all sales-related paperwork.

- Set and follow work timelines effectively to meet business needs.

Sales Coordination – 30%

- Act as a key contact person between sales teams, retail stores, online platforms, and other departments.

- Coordinate with PCs (Promoters/Consultants) in luxury department stores to track sales performance, provide necessary support, and ensure smooth operations.

- Support e-commerce sales operations, including order processing, stock coordination, and after-sales service.

- Assist in coordinating promotions, discounts, and campaigns across both physical stores and online platforms.

- Proactively follow up on pending approvals and requests to ensure timely processing.

Sales Reporting & Tracking – 20%

- Ensure all sales reports and documents are accurate by reviewing and cross-checking with related departments before submission.

- Track and report daily sales performance for both physical stores and online channels to management and the team.

- Gather and analyze sales data from premium department stores and luxury retail locations, providing insights to improve business performance.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and fast communicator who understands retail sales operations, especially in luxury or premium product categories.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of sales Support processes (3-10 years experience in retail sales and working with PCs at department stores is a plus).

- Highly proactive, with strong communication and follow-up skills.

- Extremely detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple documents accurately.

- Experience working with PCs (Promoters/Consultants) in retail stores.

- Intermediate in English.

- Experience in stock inventory, data analysis, document management, coordination, and tracking.

- Understanding of sales processes and business operations. (Sales & Business Acumen)

- Strong accuracy in reviewing, cross-checking, and tracking sales data.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for sales reporting.

- Familiarity with office machines (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.).

- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
