- Lead meeting, analyze the root cause and follow up.
- Process monitoring (control the work of the department in command to perform work in accordance).
- Control the performance of the maintenance teams.
- Safety and 5S Check
- Follow up the AM/PM implementation status, down time rate and define action plan.
- Layered audit procedure and plan.
- Establish and update the standardized management procedures.
- Manufacturing process study for new project RFQ review.
- New model / Manufacturing preparation follow up.
- Coordinate and benchmark reports and exchange information with affiliates.
- Spare part management.
- Follow up KPIs and monitor teams.
- Set up department KPIs.
- Preparation annual budget of the department.
- Good skill in English.
- Manufacturing Engineering skill (Machine, process design, process improvement, automation, robot, PLC knowledge).
- New model development and project follow up skill.
- Analysis skill, problem solving skill
