- Monitoring/supporting develops components and FG for new model and design change.
- Management the phototype product to support customer events.
- Management the phototype product to support evaluation test of new product and design change with designer plant.
- To reviews drawing for new or change design in development and mass production phase then distribute to concern department.
- To share and follow up new/change design information such as EO meeting.
- To support customer activity at development phase.
- To support customer / internal audit.
- To handle PV test items / specification / evaluation schedule and report.
- To support internal evaluation.
- Analysist problem when found abnormal product.
- Explanation design / product detail to customer.
- To issue and update E-PSCS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering technical presentations and training.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
