- Follow up KPI & Target.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of purchasing trends, practices, and procedures.
- Monitor market conditions to identify opportunities to cost savings or improved quality.
- Analyze supplier proposals, negotiating prices and terms as necessary to achieve the best possible outcome for the company.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage the day-to day operations of the purchasing department, including supervising staff and overseeing the workflow.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and pricing information.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets for the purchasing department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Male/Female, age 27-38 years, Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, buyer, procurement, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, with attitude to learn new software and systems.
- Good command in English, can use Chinese language to communicate will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation (Cost Analysis, Benchmark, Sourcing new model), and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience leading and managing a team of buyers.
- Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and other employees to ensure that the company's needs are met and that the purchasing team is working efficiently.
