Visual Merchandiser
PAT Luxury Group- Responsible for the ultimate profitability and budget achievement of Marketing Management
- Plan and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy for the brand
- Create appealing window displays, mannequins, signs, and promotional displays that attract target customers into the store
- Create and implement visual merchandise such as graphic images, signage, and POP materials
- Follow display and visual merchandising standards and guidelines to support brand strategy and ensure alignment with the brand
- Store Opening Prepare and set up for new store openings
- Event Setup Set up various events/functions and work with PR, Marketing, and Operation teams for all event visual setups
- Source and purchase props for the stores in a cost-efficient manner, always staying within budget
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or retail display management.
- Experience in the fashion, retail, or luxury goods industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Knowledge of store layout, color theory, shapes, and lighting to create attractive displays.
- Good leadership and negotiation skills with initiative and managerial abilities
- Understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to tailor visual merchandising strategies to target markets.
