- Optimize product listings, images, and descriptions to increase visibility on e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok
- Track and improve the user experience (UX) to maximize conversion rates.
4) Performance Marketing and Campaign Management:
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Adjust campaigns based on data insights to achieve cost-effective customer acquisition and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
5) SEO and SEM Management:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Execute SEM strategies to boost site traffic, leveraging keywords, and bidding strategies effectively.
6) Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure success, and optimize future campaigns.
- Generate reports on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROI to inform business decisions.
7) Customer Engagement and Retention:
- Manage customer engagement through email marketing, social media, and personalized campaigns.
- Develop retention strategies, including loyalty programs, to boost repeat purchases and enhance brand loyalty.
8) Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and competitors’ strategies.
- Adapt marketing efforts based on market insights to maintain competitiveness.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within e-commerce.
- Proven track record in managing successful online campaigns across multiple digital channels (social media, search engines, email, etc.).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
Content Creation and Management:
- Ability to create and manage content strategies across various digital platforms.
- Skills in basic graphic design or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in analyzing data and generating insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve business goals.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
Social Media Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and experience in developing and executing social media campaigns.
Customer-Centric Focus:
- Understanding of online customer behavior and UX principles to enhance the shopping experience and drive conversions.
Project Management:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
