- Support prospective patients via phone, email and chat channels.
- Conduct outbound qualification/sales calls to prospects (prospective patients who have registered interest to learn more) to assess and nurture interest.
- Collect detailed patient notes and medical history/information, then work with our doctors to arrange consultations, follow up treatment plans, pricing quotations, and patient registrations.
- Present accurate and in-depth details and comprehensive understanding of treatments, protocols, and personalised pricing plans to prospective patients.
- Occasionally work with Verita marketing team to ensure patient enquiries are processed efficiently through to patient registration, and all relevant CRM data is captured accurately along the journey.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders including the Management Team, and Verita marketing team for all issues concerning international patients and prospects.
- In collaboration with Customer Service Team, admit/register patients to the clinics and ensure everything is smoothly organised for them, including pre-admission introduction, visa, insurance, hotel, transportation and/or fast track service booking.
- Help patients throughout their journey from the moment they enquire until they complete their medical treatment, whilst creating meaningful interactions with patients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collect feedback from patients on their experience and relay it to General Manager and Medical Director to enable learn and continual improvement of service levels.
- Work with other Sales/Patient Representatives to ensure smooth services delivered.
- Report against progress to the Management Team on a regular and consistent basis.
- Report problems to the Management Team as and when they happen.
- Good Arabic and English communication skills

- Experience in a sales role of at least 3-5 years/ Targeting Foreign Customers
