ผู้จัดการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้าธนบดี (Wealth Customer Relationship Manager)
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- เป็นที่ปรึกษาทางด้านการเงินส่วนบุคคลให้กับลูกค้า
- ให้คำแนะนำอย่างมืออาชีพทางด้านการลงทุน พร้อมนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า
- ช่วยวางแผนทางการเงินและการลงทุนที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมถึงการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและขยายความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าใหม่
ที่ปรึกษาการเงินลูกค้าบุคคล (Customer Financial Solution Advisor)
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินให้คำแนะนำและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมแก่ลูกค้า
- ให้บริการทำธุรกรรมทางการเงินต่างๆ ภายในสาขาแก่ลูกค้า
ผู้จัดการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้าธนบดี (Wealth Customer Relationship Manager)
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขาวิชา
- มีประสบการณ์การดูแล สร้างความสัมพันธ์ และนำเสนอ ผลิตภัณฑ์การเงินการลงทุน
- มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC Complex1/2), ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันชีวิต, ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย
ที่ปรึกษาการเงินลูกค้าบุคคล (Customer Financial Solution Advisor)
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขาวิชา
- มีทักษะในงานด้านบริการ การนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ และมีความสนใจด้านงานขาย
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานจากสถาบันการเงินอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีใบอนุญาตอย่างน้อย 1-2 ประเภท (นายหน้าประกันชีวิต หรือ นายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย หรือ ใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC))

เราจะหยุดคิดว่าลูกค้าทุกคนเหมือนกัน แต่เราต้องเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างแท้จริง เพื่อสามารถคิดโซลูชันและบริการทางการเงิน ที่ตอบรับความต้องการที่แตกต่างของลูกค้าแต่ละคน ในแต่ละช่วงชีวิต
วิธีการทำงาน (Work)
เราจะเปลี่ยนวิธีการทำงาน โดยเราจะไม่หยุดมองหาแนวคิดหรือวิธีการทำงานใหม่ ๆ
เพื่อพัฒนาโซลูชันและบริการที่สอดรับกับสถานการณ์ พฤติกรรม และความต้องการของลูกค้า ที่เปลี่ยนไปอย่างรวดเร็ว
วิธีการส่งมอบ (Deliver)
เราจะเปลี่ยนจากการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์แบบเดี่ยว ไปเป็นการให้คำปรึกษา และแนะนำโซลูชันทางการเงินที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้าแต่ละคน ผ่านดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์มที่เข้าใจง่ายและใช้งานสะดวก เพื่อประสบการณ์ทางการเงินที่ดีที่สุด
