Basic Requirements

Full Time

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Responsibilities

Our Ideal candidate must be able to design projects from concept to completion and have the ability to communicate their ideas using Sketch Up or hand sketches. All candidates must have strong design skills with commercial experience in the following areas;

* Hotels & Resorts

* Residential Towers

* F&B Outlets

Requirements

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Architecture or Interior design

• 3+ years’ proven experience working on commercial residential and hospitality projects.

• Must be fluent in LOCAL LANGUAGE (Thai) and good command in English.

• Ability to create cutting edge designs

• Excellent visual and graphic presentation skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated track record working on and designing corporate projects

• Ability to manage design and documentation.

• Experience with high-end projects.
