Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor (Data Analyst) to oversee our manufacturing operations and drive data-driven improvements. This role involves creating and building systems to support the manufacturing team, fostering a digital working culture, and transitioning manual work to systematic processes. You will be a key success factor in transitioning to the digital era of production working processes, leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
About the Role-You will:
- Create and build systems to support the manufacturing team, enhancing productivity and consistency.
- Foster a digital working culture by promoting the use of technology and digital tools.
- Transition manual work to systematic processes using automation and technology solutions.
- Leverage AI and Machine Learning to predict trends, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Ability to work both in shifts and office time.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g.,MSO365, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) to collect, analyze, and interpret production data.
- System Development: Ability to create and build systems to support the manufacturing team, enhancing productivity and consistency.
- Automation: Experience with automation tools and technologies to transition manual work to systematic processes

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial/manufacturing engineer or management, Data Science, Logistics and Supply chain management or a related field.
- Experience in both data analysis and web development.
- Experience with statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience with web application development using modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC score of 600 is a plus).
