Thai Garment Export Co., Ltd.To verifiably contribute to achievement through providing the performance management and talent development functional expertise to equip line managers with the HR/HCM tools and services support essential to guide the performance of and develop engaged and competent staff, in support of ensuring bulk garment production outcomes that meet the customer’s quality, quantity and delivery specifications and KPI targets, while operating within all applicable country, customer, Group and Plant policies and guidelines and in ways that create a sustainable and engaged work force as below :

- Functional Skilled Knowledge (FSK) Training Program Follow up
- Functional Skilled Knowledge (FSK) Training Program Business Contribution
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in Talent development, training, HR, or a similar field, with a track record of designing and implementing successful development programs.
- Experience in Leadership or Management positions, as this role typically requires supervising teams, working closely with senior leadership, and aligning development programs with organizational goals.
Skills and Competencies :
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals, understanding how to use development programs to meet long-term business objectives.
- Leadership and Coaching Skills: Essential for managing teams, mentoring employees, and cultivating a culture of learning and growth within the organization.
- Program and Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute talent development programs effectively and within budget.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing employee performance metrics, identifying skill gaps, and measuring the impact of development initiatives.
- Good command of English and Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and to convey development goals clearly.
