Responsibilities

1. Market Analysis and Expansion

Collect and analyze market trends, policy updates, and competition in Thailand’s municipal engineering, substation projects, underground cabling projects, rooftop photovoltaic projects, and renewable energy sectors;

Develop potential clients and maintain strong relationships with Thai government agencies, local businesses, and international clients;

Develop business expansion plans based on market demand and drive project negotiations and contracts.

2. Project Management and Support

Assist the project team with key processes such as project initiation, bidding, negotiations, and contract signing;

Monitor project progress to ensure contract execution meets expectations and assist in resolving unexpected issues;

Organize regular communication and coordination meetings with clients to ensure smooth project implementation.

3. Cross-Cultural Team Collaboration

Serve as a communication bridge between Chinese, Thai, and English-speaking teams, facilitating internal and external collaboration;

Promote cultural integration and improve teamwork efficiency between Chinese and Thai teams.

4. Brand Promotion and Marketing

Responsible for promoting the company’s brand in the Thai market and organizing related marketing activities;

Prepare marketing materials to enhance the company’s visibility in the Thai market.

5. Business Reporting and Analysis

Prepare business-related reports and analyze market trends and customer feedback;

Provide data support and recommendations for company decision-making.

Requirements

1. Language Skills

Proficient in Chinese, Thai, and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.

2. Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Engineering Management, or a related field is preferred.

3. Work Experience

At least 3 years of experience in marketing or business development, with preference given to candidates with experience in engineering or energy-related industries;

Experience working with cross-cultural teams is an advantage.

4. Business Competence

Familiarity with Thailand’s engineering project operations, regulations, and business environment;

Strong business negotiation and relationship-building skills;

Ability to independently conduct market analysis and prepare reports.

5. Personal Qualities

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;

Adaptability to frequent travel and cross-cultural working environments;

High sense of responsibility, strong stress tolerance, and results-oriented mindset.

6. Additional Requirements

Familiarity with Thai renewable energy policies, substations, or cable-related technologies is a plus;

Possession of a Thai work visa or eligibility to work legally in Thailand is preferred.
