2. ควบคุมการล้างทำความสะอาดเครื่องจักรอุปกรณ์ให้สะอาด ไม่เกิดปัญหาเรื่องผลเชื้อหลังล้าง
3. ควบคุมการล้างทำความสะอาดเครื่องจักรอุปกรณ์ ให้ทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด และทันต่อแผนการผลิต
4. แนะนำการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ PPE และควบคุมการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ PPE เพื่อป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ
5. ควบคุมการใช้น้ำ, การใช้สารเคมี
6. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในโรงงานอาหาร
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการล้างทำความสะอาดไลน์การผลิตของโรงงานผลิตอาหาร
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสารเคมีที่ใช้สำหรับการล้าง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ GMP ของโรงงานอาหาร
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็น กะ ได้
