- Follow the work plan in accordance with the KPI.
- Control and manage the cleaning in High risk & Medium risk area and shipping area in accordance to standards.
- Control the stock of chemical and hygiene equipment, tool enough to used.
- Train subordinate to work properly and safety.
- Manage manpower in accordance with the work efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to improve operational performance.
- Check and report relevant documents to leader regularly.
- Follow and coordinate with relevant departments to solving problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Microbiology, Food science, Foods Technology
- Minimum 1-3 years in Hygiene and QC/QA department experience
- Have communication skills Teaching employees very well.
- Have the ability to solve problems quickly.
- Can use basic programs well. and can make data for use in job analysis to see trends.
- Can work under pressure.
