- Develop business plans for assigned customers to ensure they are achievable and aligned with company goal.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to discuss strategies and initiatives to meet annual sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer strategies to identify business opportunities and develop practical plans.
- Continuously monitor sales and promotions to ensure flawless execution and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers to ensure smooth collaboration and successful implementation of activities.
- Work closely with trade marketing team to implement strategies for effective merchandising and per company’s standards in trade and market place.
- Manage in-modern trade operation excellence, normal shelf, and promotion as well as keep abreast of changes in market intelligence, i.e., buying trends, reaction of end users, customers, buyers and activities of consumers.
- Ensure product availability & plan to supply to customer (demand & forecast).
- Follow the product ordering process and manage adequate stock.
- Increase sales of the company's products in modern trade channels.
- Prepare and present information to the Operations Team, including promotions, new products, and campaigns during Conference.
- Manage sales and track distribution on designated customer lists.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years work experience as key account in modern trade channel or any position in commercial field, FMCG business is preferable.
- Understanding of FMCG, or electrical appliance Industry Business preferred.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer data.
- Excellent communication skills and building strong relationships with clients.
- Management and leadership skills, able to solve immediate problems.
- Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions.
- Proficiency in using Google Drive, Google Sheets.
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good teamwork attitude.
- Excellent english communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and modern trade events.
